Positive Prospects is a Brisbane-based disability support provider supporting NDIS participants and their families. We provide support that:
We work closely with individuals to understand what matters to them and support progress at a pace that is realistic and sustainable.

We focus on what will make a difference.
That means being practical, thinking ahead and looking for opportunities that help participants build skills, confidence and independence in everyday life.
We don’t just follow a plan - we pay attention to what’s working, what isn’t, and adjust support accordingly. We look for ways to turn ordinary moments into useful learning experiences, whether that’s at home, in the community or in the workplace.
Support is consistent, thoughtful and intentional. Our goal is to help people grow their capability over time, giving families confidence that support is moving in the right direction.

Support is always individualised and aligned with participants' NDIS goals. Areas of support include:
Independent living skills: Daily routines, cooking, organisation, personal responsibility and confidence at home (overnight support and short-term accommodation available)
Community participation: Social skills, communication, confidence and meaningful engagement with people, places and experiences within the community
Work readiness & responsibility: Volunteering, work experience, task completion, time awareness and workplace behaviour
Health & wellbeing: Movement, healthy eating and routines, fitness and self-care, mental and emotional wellbeing
Emotional regulation & self-advocacy: Understanding emotions, coping strategies and communicating needs appropriately

Positivity: We focus on strengths and progress, while being realistic about what support needs to look like.
Productivity: Support should be purposeful. Time together should build skills, confidence and independence.
Respect: People deserve choice, dignity and a voice in how their support looks.
Consistency: Reliable support and clear communication matter - for participants and families.
Purpose: Meaningful routines, responsibility and community connection lead to better outcomes.

Our team is made up of capable, energetic support workers who take pride in the work they do.
We are deliberate about who we bring into Positive Prospects. Our team members are chosen for their professionalism, reliability and ability to build respectful, genuine relationships with participants and families.
We value support workers who:
Our team works closely with families and other professionals to ensure support is aligned, thoughtful and effective.
